Tan and Mama Tan live in a very big tree, in a very big jungle!

They loved to play, it was their favourite thing to do.

That was until...

The rumbling began.

It would never end.

The rumbling would shake poor Tan in his big, tall tree.

Then one day his mother exclaimed 'We have to move far away from this place!"

Tan didn't want to go. But the rumbling got closer and louder.

It was time to leave.

"Fast!" Mama Tan shouted.

But Tan was tired and couldn't keep up.

Tan was lost, he didn't know which way to go.

Down the river? Up the Hill?

There was only one place he knew where to go. Home.

When Tan reached his tree, the rumbling had taken everything.

Nothing was left.

Tan was all alone and he had no where to call home.

But then... suddenly...

Tan heard a huge "OUUUUUUCHHH!" It was Rhino.

"Are you okay?" asked Tan.

"I have broken my horn!" Rhino sadly admitted.

"Don't worry I can help!" said Tan

Tan took some branches and some vine to build a new horn.

"Thank you, little one! Now what can I do for you? Asked Rhino.

"I have lost Mama Tan and I have no where to go." Cried Tan.

"Don't I can help you now." said Rhino

As Rhino and Tan headed through the stumps, they heard a caw from above.

"Hey down there! I can find your Mama but first you must help me.

Build me a trap to catch my dinner and I will guide you to her."

"Of course I will!" Tan shouted.

Tan took some sap and leaves and built a trap.

"Thank you Tan.

Now I have time to fly all day long.

But before I do follow me, Mama Tan headed over the bridge"

When they got to the river, the rumbling had broken the bridge.

"It's happened again! I can't cross the river. I will never find Mama Tan"  sobbed Tan

" Don't worry! I've got an idea! We can help!" Rhino said

"Hold on tight, Tan!" said Rhino as he stomped through the rapids.

Tan was so close to his new home.

"I'm almost there Rhino! I can see Mama Tan now!" Tan cheered.

Safe from the rumble and together again.

Mama Tan and Tan were happier than ever before.

Although Tan's new home was different,

being with friends and family was all he needed and more.
